No.84 of 2024, pending on the file of Additional Judge Family Court, Chennai. 3.The Petitioner is the husband and the respondent is his wife. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2024 before the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai seeking for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2024 is in the stage of cross examination of R.W.1. 4. It is also brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent also filed maintenance case in M.C.No.164 of 2023, against the petitioner before the very same Court. He has no objection for both the cases viz., H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2024 as well as M.C.No.164 of 2023 be disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2024 as well as M.C.No.164 of 2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the I Additional Judge Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2024 as well as M.C.No.164 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
