order dated 29.04.2026 passed by this Court in the connected Criminal Petition No. 588/2026.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders dated 02.04.2026 and 23.04.2026 passed in NI Act Case No. 06/2025 by the learned JMFC, Tihu whereas this Court in the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in the connected Criminal Petition 588/2026 preferred by the applicant/ petitioner has mentioned the order dated 02.04.2026 in paragraph No.6 and the words and figures as - ‘order dated 23.04.2026’ has inadvertently not been typed and therefore, the applicant prays to insert the words and figures as - ‘order dated 23.04.2026’ passed in NI Act Case No. 06/2025 by the learned JMFC, Tihu by this Court in the order dated 29.04.2026 occurring in paragraph No.6.
3. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor is present for the State respondent.
4. Considering the submissions at the Bar, the order dated 29.04.2026 passed by this Court in the connected Criminal Petition 588/2026 is modified to the extent that henceforth in paragraph 6 of the aforementioned order along with the ‘order dated 02.04.2026’, the words and figures as - ‘order dated 23.04.2026’ is typed and included in the order dated 29.04.2026 of the Criminal Petition No.588/2026.
5. This order will form a part of the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in the connected Criminal Petition 588/2026.
6. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the learned trial court within 15 days from today and co-operate with the investigation.
7. In terms of the above observations, the interlocutory application is
disposed of.
