Ugranarsimha, learned counsel for the respondent, is present. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the respondent has passed away during the pendency of the appeal and the appellant is not inclined to take steps in the matter. He further submitted that no further orders are required in the present appeal suit. 3. By recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
