Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher (LT) Grade in Education Department. According to her, she was entitled to promotion pay scale in Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- w.e.f. 12.08.2024; however, the said benefit is not being granted to her. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner approached this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to the competent authority, which is on record as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that decision, if already not taken, shall be taken expeditiously. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to competent authority to take decision on the representation made by petitioner, if already not taken, within four months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
