On pointing out that the claim is beyond the period of limitation, reference has been made to the letter dated 23.04.2016, which is an internal communication between the Executive Engineer, Rural Development Special Division, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa and the Superintendent of Police, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 4. The internal communication cannot extend the period of limitation. 5. Since the work is of the year 2015-16 and the writ petition has been filed in the year 2024 i.e. much beyond of the period of limitation and as such, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and accordingly the same is, hereby, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 6.
