The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main reliefs:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to ensure and conduct a fair, impartial, effective and expeditious investigation of the First Information Report dated 22.04.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 0059 of 2026, under Sections 309(4), 115(2), 352 and 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Nazirabad Central (Commissionarate, Kanpur Nagar), District Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent authorities to produce before this Hon'ble Court the case diary and the entire record of investigation pertaining to First Information Report dated 22.04.2026, registered as Case Crime No. 0059 of 2026, under Sections 309(4), 115(2), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Nazirabad Central (Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar), District Kanpur Nagar, as maintained and prepared by the Investigating Officer, for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State submitted that after completion of investigation final report has already been forwarded on 31.05.2026 to the Court concerned. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted and prayed that in the light of the statement given by learned AGA for the State the instant writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the law as advised. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State that the final report has already been forwarded as well as prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, we do not find any reason to keep this matter pending for further adjudication. 6.
