The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and is in possession of the same. She seeks for issuance of patta, FMB sketch, chitta and adangal in her name. She had given a representation to the respondents on 20.01.2026 for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.9741 of 2026 petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 20.01.2026 seeking issuance of patta, FMB sketch, chitta and adangal in favour of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
