The petitioners seek for early disposal of the suit O.S.No.5066 of 2012, pending on the file of VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 2. The petitioners are the defendants 3 and 4 in the suit. The suit has been filed by the respondents 1 to 4/plaintiffs seeking for declaration to declare the release deed standing in the name of the petitioners’ mother as null and void. According to the petitioners, due to the filing of interlocutory applications repeatedly by the plaintiffs, there is a delay in the disposal of the suit. 3. The suit is of the year 2012. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court directs the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.5066 of 2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them in this CRP is dispensed with.
