Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondent No.4 has encroached some portion of the petitioner’s land bearing Khasra No.343/1, P.H. No.16 situated at Korba, District Korba. In this regard, the petitioner filed an application under Section 250 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 before respondent No.3, on the basis of which, Revenue Case No.201910050600003/A-70/year 2019-20 was registered on 30.10.2019. However, despite the lapse of considerable time, the said case has not been concluded yet. Hence, learned counsel prays that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid revenue case within a stipulated period. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Having considered the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of at this stage directing 3 respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid Revenue Case No.201910050600003/A-70/ year 2019-20 (Smt. Vimla Sharma vs. Harish Soni) expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order. 6. With aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
