Learned counsel for the petitioners and the National Jute Manufactures Corporation Limited both submit, upon instruction, that the issue in question has already been decided by an order of the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court dated November 20, 2024 passed in MAT No.1357 of 2024 with CAN Nos.1 and 2 of 2024 (National Jute Manufactures Corporation Ltd. v. Union of India & Ors.). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the direction passed in the aforesaid appeal be made applicable in their case as well. 3. In view of the submissions made, it is ordered that the direction passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench will be applicable in case of the petitioners. 4. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent – Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization – to take steps in respect of the petitioners to act in terms of the direction passed in the case of National Jute Manufactures Corporation Ltd. (supra), within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. 5. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
