It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the order dated 14.11.2025 passed in W.P.No.43557 of 2025 has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench by judgment dated 24.06.2026 passed in W.A.Nos.1676 of 2026, etc., batch. 3.
