Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed off at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation dated 28- 2-2026 of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulation, preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
