For Petitioner: Mr.D.Balaji For Respondents: Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, Government’s Counsel for R1 to R5 ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 27.10.2025 and 03.06.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representations dated 27.10.2025 and 03.06.2026 before the official respondents to measure and demarcate the property as per the Document such as the Sale Deed dated 15.03.2010, bearing the Block No.78, Survey No.101/1A and to issue Patta. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that the petitioner’s representations dated 27.10.2025 and 03.06.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the official respondents to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 27.10.2025 and 03.06.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 6 to 8 and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
