Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 8. 3. The simple prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s representation dated 12.05.2026, wherein the petitioner complained that certain Government temple lands and Chakali Inam lands had been illegally encroached upon by some encroachers. 4. As the prayer is only to direct the respondents to consider petitioner’s representation, this Court is of the view that keeping the writ petition pending and inviting a counter-affidavit will not serve any purpose. 5 5. Hence, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on either side, directing the respondent authorities to address the petitioner’s representation dated 12.05.2026, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
