JUSTICE SUSMITA PHUKAN KHAUND ORDER Date : 05-05-2026 Heard learned counsel Ms. P. Das for the applicant Sri Girin Gogoi. Page No.# 2/2 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. D.P. Goswami is present for the respondent State and learned counsel Ms. B. Choudhury is present for the respondent No. 2. 3. This application is filed with a prayer to modify the typographical error occurring in the order dated 23.04.2026 passed in I.A. (Crl.) No. 1153/2023 in Criminal Appeal No. 437/2023 by substituting the words ‘Special POCSO Case No. 06/2023’ with ‘Special POCSO Case No. 47/2023’. 4. It is submitted that vide order dated 23.04.2026 passed in I.A. (Crl.)/1153/2023 in Crl.A./437/2023, the operation of the order and sentence imposed upon the applicant was stayed and the applicant was granted bail. After obtaining the certified copy of the order dated 23.04.2026, the applicant noticed that there was a typographical/clerical mistake and in place of ‘Special POCSO Case No. 47/2023’, it was typed as ‘Special POCSO Case No. 06/2023’. 5. Thereby, considering the submissions at the bar, wherever the term ‘Special POCSO Case No. 06/2023’ is typed, it should be corrected and typed as ‘Special POCSO Case No. 47/2023’. 6. This order will form a part of the order dated 23.04.2026 passed in I.A. (Crl.)/1153/2023 in Crl.A./437/2023. 7. In terms of the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
