THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SUBHENDU SAMANTA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO: 1774/2014 ORDER:
1. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, dated 27.10.2025, a notice was issued to the petitioner.
2. Learned Magistrate concerned has proceeded to serve the notice through the Indrapalem Police Station, Kakinada Rural, East Godavari District and filed a report dated 26.05.2026, wherefrom it appears that the petitioner had passed away. The unserved notice along with death certificate of the petitioner has been placed on record.
3. It appears from the death certificate that the petitioner has expired on
12.09.2024. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been expired, nothing left to proceed with the instant criminal revision case.
4. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
