Ms. Priyadarshani Shukla, (through V.C.) learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the instant writ petition, the petitioner approached to learned District Judge for transfer of Misc. Case No. 172 of 2025 (Tabassum Vs. Salman) from Haridwar to Roorkee and the learned District Judge stayed the proceedings of matter and posted the matter on 18.05.2026. 4. Since petitioner has already approached the District Judge, Haridwar, who seized with the matter, therefore, at this juncture, no direction is required. Accordingly, the instant petition is closed. However, it made clear that if petitioner still has any grievance, he can again approach to this Court. (Rakesh Thapliyal, J.) 13.05.2026 SKS
