Learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that departmental disciplinary proceedings have already been initiated against the 2nd respondent based on the materials available on record. 3. This being the factum, no further consideration is required. Authorities competent is directed to continue the departmental disciplinary proceedings and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. 4.
