CRL OP No. 18566 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 77 and 318(4) of BNS r/w Section 67A of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.44 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the intervener. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that this is a case of consensual relationship between the petitioner and the de facto complainant.
