Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 4 to conclude the pending proceeding in Revenue 2 Case No. 202505100700050 within stipulated time on its own merits, after hearing all the necessary parties. 10.2 Any other relief, which may deem fit, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the land bearing Khasra No. 155/4, area 0.084 hectare from Smt. Kunti Bai vide registered sale-deed dated 14.02.2020, thereafter, he filed an application for Batankan of aforesaid land, to which revenue case No. 202505100700050 was registered by respondent No. 4 on 09.05.2025, but because of some baseless objection raised by one Omprakash Sen (respondent No. 5), aforesaid revenue case has not been reached to its logical conclusion. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to pass final order in aforesaid revenue case. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by petitioner's counsel. 4. On due consideration and the contention putforth by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to decide revenue case No. 202505100700050 as early as possible, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt /submission of copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observations & directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost (s).
