Side) for R4 to R6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28855 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 ORDER The present writ petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 to 6 not to give permission to respondents 7 to 16 or their men, representative to conduct Arulmigu Muthu Mariamman Temple Chariot, festival without the people of Milagu Kaatan sector of Adidravidar Community and consequently not to conduct pooja, God Procession, Pulling temple car or any other temple activity relating to the temples viz., Arulmigu Muthu Mariamman situated at Ramanayakkanpalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District without the people of Milagu Kattan Sector of Adidravidar Community based on petitioner’s representation dated 11.07.2026. 2. At the outset, it was submitted by learned counsel for respondents 1 to 6 that they would consider petitioner’s representation dated 11.07.2026 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 to 6, to consider petitioner’s representation dated 11.07.2026, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, respondents 7 to 16 and any other interested party, by 03.08.2026.
