This is an application filed for correction/rectification of the order dated 17.02.2026, passed in the connected Crl. Pet. No. 217/2026. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Mazumder, learned counsel that while passing the Page No.# 3/4 order dated 17.02.2026 in the connected criminal petition, the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of said order, but inadvertently, the Sessions Case number was not mentioned in the second paragraph of the said order dated 17.02.2026, passed earlier in the connected Crl. Pet. No. 217/2026. 4. Though the petitioner tried to appear before the learned Trial Court, but as the Sessions Case number was not mentioned in the order dated 17.02.2026, the petitioner could not appear before the learned Trial Court to file the appropriate application. 5. Thereafter on 05.03.2026, the petitioner as applicant filed this interlocutory application, but it was not listed earlier. Mr. Mazumder, learned counsel accordingly submitted that due to non mentioning of the Sessions Case number, the applicant/petitioner is not in a position to appear before the learned Trial Court and he accordingly prayed for correction of para 2 of the order dated 17.02.2026, passed by this Court in the connected Crl. Pet. No. 217/2026. 6. Mr. Das, learned APP raised no objection in that regard. 7. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the para 2 of order dated 17.02.2026, passed in the connected Crl. Pet. No. 217/2026 is corrected/rectified to the extent by inserting the case number as “Sessions Case No.86/2018” after the words Sribhumi. 8. The petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of order. 9. This order shall be read together with the order dated 17.02.2026, passed by this Court earlier in the connected Crl. Pet. No. 217/2026. Page No.# 4/4 10.
