1. The petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- (i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case. 2 (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/or writs/order/or orders, to quash the impugned order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the respondent no. 5 which is arising out of order dated 29.10.2024 passed by respondent no. 6 in the interest of justice. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to return subject tribal property to the original owner i.e. petitioner as per section 170 (B) of M.P./C.G. Land Revenue Code, at the earliest, in the interest of justice. (iv) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of the petition, may also be granted.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate authority.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
4. On due consideration, the prayer is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.
5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
