Mr. B.D. Pande, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By the instant application, the present applicant is praying for anticipatory bail on an apprehension of arrest in reference to certain complaints of the residents of the locality. 3. On the previous date, State Counsel sought time to get instructions. Today, on instructions, State Counsel submits that plea of apprehension of arrest is completely baseless since there is no FIR and only preliminary inquiry is being done on the basis of the complaint of the local residents. 4. In such view of the matter, since there is no apprehension as per the submission of the State Counsel, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
