Aeronautical Engineering, B.Tech, Bio-Technology, and B.Tech. Computer Science and Business Systems in petitioner college and include petitioner college viz., 2111- Madha Engineering College in the counselling for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2026-2027. 2. Leaned Standing Counsel for respondents 1, 2 and 4 would submit that inspections were carried out and during the course of inspections, certain deficiencies were pointed out which inter alia included faculty deficit. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the said faculty deficit has since been cured by appointing requisite Assistant Professors and Associate Professors. Aeronautical Engineering, B.Tech, Bio-Technology, and B.Tech. Computer Science and Business Systems in petitioner college and include petitioner college viz., 2111- Madha Engineering College in the counselling for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2026-2027. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1, 2 and 4 would submit that they would consider petitioner’s representation dated 15.07.2026 and pass orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner. 5.
