For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/19.02.2026 Heard Mr. Abhilash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 7724/2025. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners referring to para 46 of the Case Diary that the deceased had died on account of cardio-respiratory failure. It has further been submitted that no external injuries were found on the person of the deceased. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. It appears from the post-mortem report that the deceased has suffered multi organ damages and specific allegations of assault with an iron rod as well has been levelled against the petitioners. On consideration of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The same is once again rejected. This application stands rejected. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
