Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present controversy stands duly covered by judgment of the Full Bench of [2026:RJ-JP:10723] (2 of 3) [CW-12600/2011] this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in Tara & Ors. Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 15.07.2015, reported in 2015 (3) WLC (Raj.) 548. However, it is also not disputed that against the said judgment Civil Appeal Nos. 3969/2017 to 3975/2017 titled as Mahant Damodar Dass Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and even an order directing parties to maintain status quo has been passed therein. 2. Learned counsel for the parties have also drawn the attention of this Court to the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 340/1999 titled as Munni & Ors. Versus Board of Revenue for Rajasthan & Ors. dated 06.09.2023 and in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14645/2022 titled as Tunda & Ors. Versus Murti Mandir Shri Baldev Ji Maharaj & Ors. dated 27.05.2025. 3. Vide the said orders, the abovementioned writ petitions have been disposed of directing the parties to maintain status quo while taking note of the judgment passed by the Full Bench of this Court and so also the pendency of the matter and the interim order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. In view thereof, the present writ petition also stands disposed of being covered by the judgment of the Full Bench in case of Tara (supra). 5. However, the parties will remain governed by the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and status quo shall be maintained by both the parties till the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The State Government will be at liberty to take any action, if so, [2026:RJ-JP:10723] (3 of 3) [CW-12600/2011] required, only subsequent to the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 6. With the said directions, the present writ petition is disposed of. 7. Liberty is granted to the parties to revive the writ petition, if need so arises. 8.
