In view of the settlement between the parties, which has already been given effect to, on the spot and reflected in the revenue record, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, under instructions, has submitted that petitioners do not want to proceed further with the present case and wants to withdraw the same. 4. Whatsoever stated by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, has not been disputed by learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1(a) to 1(c). 5. In view of the joint submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, being settled before the learned Mediator. The parties shall be bound by their statements made before the learned Mediator. As per the undertaking, respondents No. 1(a) to 1(c) will withdraw the Execution Petition, pending before the Executing Court, after placing on record the copy of order of this Court. Similarly, the petitioners, who have filed the civil suit, will also withdraw the same, in view of the compromise, which has been effected between the parties before the learned Mediator. 3 2026:HHC:4954 6.
