Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the retiral and pensionary benefits payable to him has not been paid, solely on the ground of an irrelevant complaint made by some other teachers in the school. As disclosed by the petitioner in the supplementary affidavit filed today which is kept on record, it appears that the said complaint has now been rejected. Thus, there is no impediment for disbursing the pensionary and retiral benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. The respondent no.2 is directed to immediately release and disburse the pensionary and retiral benefits of the petitioner by April, 20, 2026. 4. Before disbursal, the respondent no.2 will also consider the fact that the petitioner retired on December 31, 2024 and has been without pension and retiral benefits till now, solely on the ground of a complaint made by certain teachers of the school. Thus, the petitioner may be entitled to some interest on the pensionary benefits, which will be considered by the 2 respondent no.2 prior to releasing the benefits by April, 20, 2026. 5. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
