It is unfortunate, but true that the same petitioner has filed two bail applications before this Court for selfsame relief, however, when the matter was taken up, Mr.Mangu Nandy, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 1247 of 2026 seeks for permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the Court in seisin over the matter after submission of charge sheet, but Mr.Amit Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No. 1582 of 2026 expressing remorse prays to not press the bail application of the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has tried to pollute the stream of justice by filing similar bail application twice, he is hereby directed to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Bar Association, High Court of Orissa within seven days. 4. In view of the above, BLAPL No. 1247 of 2026 stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for. Consequently, BLAPL No. 1582 of 2026 stands disposed of as not pressed. (G.
