After giving due consideration to the year of the aforesaid HMOP and the present status of the HMOP and after giving due consideration to the statement made by the petitioner/wife that the respondent/husband is also willing for divorce, this Court directs the Sub-Court, Gopichettipalayam, to dispose of HMOP.No.154 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
