The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.8030 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.32395 of 2025 dated 07.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner to report before the concerned trial court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner to report before the concerned trial court on once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”.
