Criminal Misc. Application No.58/2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it may be directed that ‘Superintendent of Police, Sikar’ be read as instead of ‘Superintendent of Police, Alwar’. Accordingly, and for the reasons stated in the memo of application, it is directed that ‘Superintendent of Police, Alwar’ in order dated 29.07.2025 be read as ‘Superintendent of Police, Sikar’. It is made clear that the rest of the contents of order dated (2 of 2) [CRLMA-169/2026] 29.07.2025 be maintained as such, and the same present order be treated as part and parcel of the present order.
