2. By the said order, while granting bail, the condition of the petitioner was modified, directing the petitioner to appear every Friday. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent would submit that from the said date onwards the petitioner has been signing every Friday. However, when the petitioner sought relaxation of the condition and the same was dismissed by an order dated 19.06.2026. 4. Upon perusal of the records, it can be seen that since the case is showing no progress, the Trial Court did not modify the condition. It is stated that NBW are pending against A6 and A7. 5. The respondent police shall take expeditious steps to execute the warrants, as the case is said to be 10 years old. If they remain elusive, such a report shall also be duly filed by the next date of hearing. The Trial Court shall consider the progress of the case, if some of the accused still remain untraceable, the case can be split up and further proceeded with. 6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition all along and since an undertaking was specifically made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will appear before the Court for all hearings, I am of the view that the condition can be relaxed.
Therefore from today, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report every Friday shall stand relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearings without fail. 7.
