It is submitted by learned State Counsel for respondents that petitioner’s request for issuance of Nativity certificate has been returned with a direction to petitioner to submit requisite documents, including birth certificate, passport and bona fide certificate. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that they are unaware of the fact that their representation has in fact been returned for want of the above documents. He would submit that they may be permitted to upload fresh representation/application along with requisite documents and would only request that on uploading of the same, the same may be considered and nativity certificate be issued, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 29359 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 4. Learned State Counsel for respondents would submit that it is open to petitioner to represent fresh application along with requisite documents, if the same is uploaded, it would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view thereof, this Court is inclined to dispose of writ petition with following directions: i) It is open to petitioner to upload fresh application along with requisite documents and any other material. ii) Petitioner shall appear before second respondent on 29.07.2026 at 11:00 am, along with requisite documents and any other materials. iii) If any such application is uploaded along with requisite documents, the same shall be considered and nativity certificate shall be issued, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of uploading of such application and requisite documents. 6. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
