The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner’s appeal dated 05.01.2026 pending on the file of the third respondent. The said appeal was filed by the petitioner, seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the fifth respondent Temple. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Mr. S. Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader (HR&CE) accepts notice on behalf of the fifth respondent. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s appeal dated 05.01.2026. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 05.01.2026 filed by the petitioner, seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of the fifth respondent Temple within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice and after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent as well as any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire.
