This petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation of the petitioner for his posting outside the present place of posting be decided within a period of eight weeks from today, after subjecting the petitioner to the Medical Board to ascertain whether petitioner has medical issues to serve at present station. In case the Medical Board comes to the conclusion that the station, at which, the petitioner is presently serving, is not convenient on account of health issue of the petitioner, then appropriate call be taken by the Authority to post him at some other suitable station.
