Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 4.
