Case No. 100 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 109, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Garhwa. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the FIR, Twinkle Khan and Sheikh Naim fired the shot on the informant. There is nothing to suggest that the victim sustained any gunshot injury. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
