It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the respondent authorities that petitioners are serving under Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) on contractual basis. 4. Hence, writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before the High Court. 5. Writ petition stands dismissed. 6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on identical cause of action. 7.
