The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 639 of 2025. The petitioner and some other co-accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession arms and ammunitions as well as other incriminating materials were recovered. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one country made pistol was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2025 and as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa P.S.
