Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the present bail application, in course of the day. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 21.06.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Barhi (Padma) P.S. Case No.204 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 324/ 326/ 307/ 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of record, it appears that there was fight between family members. There is case and counter case. All the witnesses have already been examined except the doctor. 4. Considering the above fact and the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Barhi (Padma) P.S. Case No.204 of 2024, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
