(Oral) By way of present petition, petitioners have prayed for the following main reliefs:-
“(i) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioner to the post of Assistant Officer (Finance & Accounts) from the date of completion of one year of contractual service, in party with the beneficiaries of the judgment dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Hon’ble Court in CWPOA Nos.3114, 3941 and 4123 of 2019, with all consequential service benefits. (ii) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the Respondents to grant the Petitioners all consequential benefits arising from such regularization, including, restoration of rightful seniority, arrears of pay and allowances from the date of
national regularization consideration for promotions in accordance with law.”

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No.3114 of 2019, titled as Dr. Kewal Krishan and others Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, along with connected matters.

Having perused the averments contained in the petition, especially relief clause vis-à-vis judgment dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Court in Kamal Dev (supra), this Court finds that case of the petitioners is identical to the aforesaid case decided by this Court. Vide aforesaid judgment, this Court has already dealt with all the points raised in the instant petition and as such, respondents can be
directed to decide the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid
judgment rendered by this Court.
4. Consequently, in view of the above, the directions contained in the aforesaid judgment rendered by this Court are ordered to be made mutatis mutandis applicable in the present case for all intents and purposes.
In the aforesaid terms, present petition is disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any. January 08, 2026 (Sandeep Sharma), (Sunil)
