Patel who has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Manikpur Police Station Case No. 12/2026 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 61(1)/303(2)/317(2)/317(4)/317(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 R/W Section 23 of the Petroleum Act. 2. Heard Mr. B. Sarmah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. 3. The case in brief is that a tanker carrying stolen petroleum products entered into the premises of the petrol pump belonging to the co-accused Kabita Das. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is an employee of the petrol pump owned by Kabita Das. 5. I have considered the submissions at the Bar. 6. It is submitted that the petitioner who is on interim bail has appeared before the investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. He has not violated bail conditions. 7. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. 8. Considering all aspects, the interim order dated 23.03.2026 is hereby made absolute under the condition that he shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for the purpose of investigation. 9.
