ORDER By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide an agricultural electricity service connection pursuant to Application Reference No. 0940824239 dated 13.08.2024, which was subsequently converted into Fast Track Tatkal SFS 2025- 2026, bearing Reference No 20003-0940824239 dated 18.12.2025, in respect of the agricultural land comprised in Survey No 94/4 Rasathavalasu Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District, and consequently to grant the said electricity service connection. 3. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.07.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner and any other interested persons within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading of web copy of this order, without waiting for receipt of a certified copy thereof. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondents to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
