Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P Borthakur, the learned Addl. PP appearing on behalf of State respondent. 2. Report received from All Women Police Station whereby it is stated that though initially enquiry was initiated in All Women Police Station on the basis of a complaint by one Manju Begum but, subsequently it has come to the knowledge of the concerned police station that same matter is also enquired by Jhalukbari police station. In view of this, till date no case has been registered against the present petitioners. 3. Considering the Report submitted by Officer-in-Charge, All Women Police Station present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of and the interim granted to the petitioners stands vacated. 4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the event of registering any case against the present petitioners. 5.
