ORDER:
Sri K.Prudhviraj, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel for petitioner on record, submitted arguments.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein has filed application before the Tribunal, which was dismissed for default. Again, he filed an application under Order 9 Rule 9 CPC to restore the same, the same was also dismissed, against which, C.M.A. was preferred, the same was also dismissed confirming the order of Tribunal, against which, the present Revision is preferred.
3. Perused the grounds. Considering the grounds and advance of arguments of the learned counsel, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the concurrent findings of the Courts below. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
