The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides, the nature of the offence and the criminal antecedents against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.12912 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner to appear and sign before the District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, on all working days twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner to appear and sign before the District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, on all working days, at 10.30 a.m until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
