GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE PURUSHOTTAM KUMAR CHINTALAPUDI WRIT PETITION NO: 10453/2025 ORDER: (per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J) Heard Sri K.Kedharnath Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 have been accepted by learned Government Pleader for Services – II. 2. Sri M.Sudhir, learned counsel appears for respondent No.5. He submits that respondent No.5 was not a party in OA filed by the petitioner. 3. The petitioner along with 34 others filed O.A.No.2358 of 2013 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad for direction to the respondents therein to fix their pay in 1993 PRC and prayed for consequential directions. The OA was allowed in following terms: “I have gone through the above order issued by the Tribunal in O.A.No.8337 of 2010 and batch, dated 19.12.2012 and satisfied that the applicants are similarly placed to that of the applicants in the above mentioned OAs., are also entitled for similar relief. Hence, the OA is being disposed of at the admission stage on the similar lines as that of the orders issued in OA.No.8337/2010 and batch, dated 19.12.2012 with a direction to the 3rd respondent to give instructions to the concerned District Educational Officer to release the benefits of PRC 1999 by taking into consideration the pay of the applicants at Rs.2075/- in 1993 PRC and release monetary benefits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment in OA have attained finality. The same was not challenged by the respondents therein. He further submits that the respondents are not implementing the same. In the case of those applicants who approach this Court by filing the petition for implementing the same is being implemented. In this regard, he has placed a 4 copy of the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.8404 of 2026, with respect to the petitioner who was applicant No.35 in OA. The direction has been issued to the respondents and in particular respondent No.6 therein i.e., District Educational Officer, Anantapur District to comply with the order of the Tribunal dated 04.04.2013 in OA.No.2358 of 2013 within a specified period. 5. The present petitioner is applicant No.8 in the same OA. 6. We are of the view that once the order has attained finality, the same should have been complied by the respondents in the case of all the applicants to that OA, for which they need not file separate petitions for the compliance with the same order in their individual cases, particularly when all those applicants filed one and the same OA. 7. In view of the aforesaid this petition is being disposed of finally with a direction to the respondents including respondent No.5 even if he was not a party in OA, to comply with the order in OA.No.2358 of 2013 dated 04.04.2013 passed by the Tribunal, in the cases of all the applicants in O.A.No.2358 of 2013 if there is no other legal impediment, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date a copy of this Order is placed before the said authority. 8. A Compliance report shall be submitted on the file of this writ petition within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. 9. List after three months for perusal of the compliance report and if necessary to pass further orders. 5 No order as to costs.
