For Petitioner(s): M/s.M.Sathish Kumar For Respondent(s): Ms.R.S.Indira Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No. 7619 of 2026 dated 16.07.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was enlarged on bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Vellore, Vellore https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

He further submits that petitioner finds it difficult to get the Government surety and he has been incarcerated since 11.07.2026. Hence, he prays to modify the condition. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court finds the inability of the petitioner to produce the Government surety. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No. 7619 of 2026 dated 16.07.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court. The sureties shall furnish solvency certificate obtained form the jurisdictional Thasildhar. One surety shall be a relative of the petitioner. One surety shall be a government surety” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (both sureties shall be blood sureties) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of concerned court. The sureties shall furnish solvency certificate obtained form the jurisdictional Thasildhar.”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
